All bookings made with and provided by Sweethearts Party Boutique are bound by the terms and conditions stated on this page. Payments made to Sweethearts Party Boutique deem that the hirer agrees, adheres to and is bound to the terms and conditions. The lead name stated on booking documents and/or orders is responsible for all hired goods and their subsequent care and replacement as per the terms and conditions. The cooling-off period for this agreement is 14 days after the first payment is made. Cancelling after the cooling-off period will result in any payments being kept by Sweethearts event styling. Any bookings taken within 4 weeks of the date of the event must be paid in full.

1. All goods supplied are on a hire basis only and the title remains with Sweethearts Party Boutique. Hereafter known as the Hiree
2. The Hirer is the person named on the booking form. The Hirer takes -responsibility for the goods under these terms and conditions.
3. A £50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be required to secure a booking. When paid this will come off of your total. Until the deposit is received back to the Hiree then no booking will be deemed to have been made. The balance is payable in full 1 calendar month before the event date. If a booking is cancelled more than 1 month in advance then no more is payable, if a booking is cancelled within 1 month then the full remaining balance is payable – These monies can be used against a future booking within 12 months if the event is only postponed. Bookings within 1 month must be paid in full at the time of booking.
4. The Hiree will provide a cost of delivery/collection based on a round trip mileage
   to/from the delivery destination specified by the Hirer. This cost is for delivery by the Hiree in their own vehicles and not an outsourced courier.
5. The Hirer shall be solely responsible for the Hired Goods not the reception/event venue/hotel/florist or any other third party to whom shall take possession of the Hire Goods. The Hirer shall be alone responsible for ensuring the Hired Goods are kept in good order from the time of receipt of delivery until back into the possession of the Hiree. Therefore agreement of a good provision of storage must be made and organised directly with any third party involved for any hired goods.
6. The Hirer will pay for any non-returns, damaged goods or breakages to the Hiree at full retail value. Details of the retail value of Hired Goods can be listed and given at request at the time of booking for the Hirer’s own information. The Hire will require a £50 REFUNDABLE deposit to cover any costs incurred. This will be added to your final total. If a hired item retails at over £50 and has been damaged, broken or lost then we at Sweethearts event styling will invoice you for the item and you will be required to pay for the item.
7. The Hiree shall not be responsible for injury or damage to persons or property however sustained arising from any Hired Goods from Sweethearts Party Boutique.
8. All designs are the property of Sweethearts Party Boutique and we reserve the right to use images of the finished designs on our website and or printed media for advertising purposes.
9. We reserve the right to make changes to our terms and conditions at any time.

When booking any of our balloon services at Sweethearts event styling, bookings are taken with the understanding that you are responsible for any health and safety requirements once delivery has been made. This includes but is not limited to venue safety, helium inhalation, cylinder safety, damage, death or injury. Balloons can be a choking hazard. Please ensure all balloons are disposed of correctly.

Our latex balloons are biodegradable, which means they need to be disposed of in your landfill bin. Sadly foil balloons are not biodegradable but can be deflated using a paper straw and then folded up and used at a later date.
